1. Service
OurMedHistory provides a private journal to track health-related events for your household. It is not a medical product — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your family. The owner of a family is responsible for who they invite into it.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal, harmful or third-party private content; don't try to break the security of the service; don't impersonate other people.
4. Limits
Free families have plan-defined limits (members, medications, episodes). Limits in effect at the moment your family was created are preserved for that family even if defaults change later.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
You can leave a family or close your family at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
